9. Google Drive Integration and Google User Data
Open Choice may offer a Google Drive integration inside Lead Portal to help buyers store and manage contact-related files in their own connected Google Drive account.
What Google data we access
- Google account identity data — such as the connected account email address and basic profile information used to identify the connected Google account
- Google Drive file and folder metadata — such as folder IDs, file IDs, file names, modified dates, mime types, and related metadata needed to display and manage files inside Lead Portal
- OAuth credentials — including OAuth tokens or refresh tokens needed to keep the Google Drive connection active and allow requested integration actions
Why we access Google data
- To allow buyers to connect their Google Drive account to Lead Portal
- To create or use buyer-owned folders for specific CRM contacts
- To upload contact files to the buyer's Google Drive account
- To list, open, download, and otherwise support file actions requested by the buyer inside Lead Portal
Where files live
Files uploaded through this integration are intended to remain stored in the user's connected Google Drive account. Open Choice uses file metadata and connection credentials to support the integration workflow, but the purpose of the integration is to let buyers manage these files through their own Google Drive environment.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data and we do not use Google user data for advertising. We use Google user data only to provide the Google Drive integration requested by the buyer. We may share limited integration-related data with infrastructure and platform service providers that help us securely operate Lead Portal, store encrypted connection credentials, or process integration metadata, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data associated with the integration. This may include encryption of stored OAuth credentials, restricted internal access controls, authenticated session requirements, and logging or monitoring designed to reduce misuse or unauthorized access.
Revocation and deletion
Users may disconnect Google Drive from Lead Portal or revoke Open Choice access from their Google account settings. If a user disconnects the integration, Open Choice will stop using the stored connection for future Google Drive actions. We may retain limited records or metadata as needed for security, audit, legal compliance, or account-support purposes, and will delete or disable stored tokens in accordance with our operational and legal retention requirements.
10. Google Contacts Sync and Google User Data
Open Choice may offer a Google Contacts sync inside Lead Portal to help buyers sync Lead Portal contacts into their own connected Google Contacts account.
What Google data we access
- Google account identity data — such as the connected account email address and basic profile information used to identify the connected Google account
- Google Contacts data — including contact identifiers, names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, and related contact fields needed to create or update buyer-requested contact records in Google Contacts
- OAuth credentials — including OAuth tokens or refresh tokens needed to keep the Google Contacts connection active and allow requested integration actions
Why we access Google data
- To allow buyers to connect their Google Contacts account to Lead Portal
- To create Google Contacts from contact records stored in Lead Portal
- To update Google Contacts that were previously synced from Lead Portal
- To support a buyer-requested one-way contact sync from Lead Portal to Google Contacts
How the sync works
The Google Contacts sync is intended to be one-way from Lead Portal to the user's connected Google Contacts account. Lead Portal remains the source of truth for buyer CRM contact records, and Open Choice uses Google user data only to support the sync feature requested by the buyer.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data and we do not use Google user data for advertising. We use Google user data only to provide the Google Contacts sync requested by the buyer.
Users may disconnect Google Contacts from Lead Portal or revoke Open Choice access from their Google account settings. If a user disconnects the integration, Open Choice will stop using the stored connection for future Google Contacts sync actions. We may retain limited records or metadata as needed for security, audit, legal compliance, or account-support purposes, and will delete or disable stored tokens in accordance with our operational and legal retention requirements.
